Lane 1 is control skeletal muscle; Lane 2 is a biopsy sample from the patient of interest, at 33% of control levels of dystrophin protein [12]; Lane 3 is a biopsy sample from a patient with Duchenne's muscular dystrophy; 40 μg skeletal muscle per lane.
