Clinical picture

Fever plus tender eyelid swelling with eye discharge and conjunctivitis

Management

Supportive therapy

Antibiotic therapy with anti-staphylococcal coverage plus drainage in case of abscess formation

Steroids

In refractory cases, consider methotrexate, radiotherapy or rituximab
