ALP > 2 × ULN (upper limit of normal) or GGT > 5 × ULN

ALT (alanine aminotransferase) > 5 × ULN

AMA > 1:40

IgG (Immunoglobulin G) serum levels > 2 × ULN or smooth muscle autoantibody (SMA) + 

Histology: florid bile duct lesion

Histology: moderate or severe interface hepatitis
