Preoperative MRI shows pituitary macroadenoma (2.7 cm) with suprasellar extension and compression of optic chiasm, parasellar extension into right cavernous sinus, and extension into right sphenoid sinus on coronal T1 with contrast (a) and sagittal T2 FLAIR (b).
