Interphase FISH for the assessment of SS18 (SYT) gene break-apart rearrangement: the first probe, a SpectrumOrange labeled ~ 650 kb probe, extends distally from the SS18 (SYT) gene. The second probe, a SpectrumGreen labeled ~ 1040 kb probe, lies proximal to the SS18 (SYT) gene.
