The average percentage of various infection symptoms per week for a 12-year-old boy diagnosed as having common variable immunodeficiency and treated weekly with subcutaneous immunoglobulin G (100 to 150 mg/kg/week). ColdZyme was used twice daily during a period of 15 months and the results are compared to historically collected data for a 21-month period prior to the ColdZyme treatment
