Phylogenetic tree of HA and NA gene segments of the Guizhou isolate. The H7N9 viruses that were most like the Guizhou isolate were analyzed for the two surface genes, HA (A) and NA (B). The Guizhou isolate was marked with a black square and the most likely virus was marked with a black triangle. The bootstrap values ≥0.6 are shown at the major nodes of the phylogenetic trees.
