A CT scan demonstrates para-aortal lymphadenopathy (A) before and (B) after two cycles of immunochemotherapy. Para-aortal lymphadenopathy (arrow heads) might have been the most probable cause of the thoracic duct injury resulting in chylothorax (asterisk). Immunochemotherapy reduced the lymphadenopathy after only two cycles. Nevertheless, the pleural effusion (asterisk) still persisted, indicating that the thoracic duct injury had not healed.
