I reviewed the manuscript: Granulomatous cheilitis associated with exacerbations of Crohn's disease: a case report by John K Triantafillidis, Flora Z Valvi, Emmanouel Merikas, George Peros, Ourania N Galitis and Aristofanis Gikas. and I like to comment the following:
1.- It is an interesting case.
2.- Figure 2 does not correspods to a granulomatous lesion it is normal connective tissue.
It should be deleted and substituted by a correct photomicrograph.
