Well differentiated pulmonary adenocarcinoma. (A). The tumor is arranged in glandular structure, composed of neoplastic cells with irregularly enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei. Some papillary configuration and fused glands are present. (H & E stain, 200×). Histopathology of the thyroid tumor reveals papillary structure with ground glass appearance of tumor cell nuclei (B).
