1. General condition

 

 a. Ill look, malaise, headache

 b. Postural dizziness, cold peripheries, venous collapse

2. Hematological

 

 a. Bleeding (GI, GU, gum bleeding, skin bleeding)

 b. Drop of PCV by 5 without clinical

 c. Platelet count < 50,000/mcL

3. Cardiac

 a. Heart rate > 100

 b. Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg

 c. ECG: diffuse T inversions/ST changes

 d. Low ejection fraction in echo

4. Pulmonary

 a. Tachypnea RR > 20 cycles/minute

 b. SpO2 < 95%

5. Renal

 a. Urine output < 0.5 mL/kg for > 6 hours

 b. Rising serum creatinine > 1.5× baseline

6. Liver

 a. Rising serum bilirubin ×3 times
