Bilateral jugular thrombosis

Chest pain with productive cough bringing up hemoptoid sputum

T2 1 month and 1 week

Lumbago, dysphonia, epistaxis, deafness of the left ear

T3 1 month and 10 days

Red eyes and some purpuric lesions on the legs
