Clinical Presentation. Patient presented with chronic right knee pain and swelling (a). After amniotic umbilical cord particulate injection, complete symptomatic resolution was achieved within 3 days. The swelling had also reduced at 1 week (b), 1 month (c), and 6 weeks (d) post-injection and patient was able to regain complete ROM by 6 weeks
