Haemotoxylin and eosin (H&E) stain showed psoriasiform epidermal hyperplasia with subcorneal pustule and mild perivascular superficial lymphocytic infiltrate, which expressed CD3, CD4, CD8 and PD1, with few cells expressing FOXP3 immunoreactivity
