The cystic mass in the right groin had compressed femoral vessels (white arrows). Axial T1-weighted (c) and T2-weighted (d) magnetic resonance images obtained at 7.5 years after needle aspiration revealed that the cyst had considerably shrunk in size and femoral vessels had been released from the compression (black arrows)
