Gestational age: 6 weeks

Diagnosis of dichorionic diamniotic twins.

Gestational age: 13 weeks

Molar changes were observed in part of placenta.

Gestational age: 17 weeks

The patient was transferred to our hospital.

Because of progressive anemia and growth of molar tissue, the patient chose to terminate the pregnancy.

Six months after surgery

The prognosis of the patient after surgery was good.

Permission was given for subsequent pregnancies.
