Magnetic resonance (MR) (a) coronal image and (b) axial image. MR images show a mass (circle). On axial T2-weighted MR images, the coronal view indicates an intra-articular mass from the patellofemoral to medial femorotibial joint level. Axial T1 image shows that the mass is homogeneous with low intensity. Axial T2 image shows that the mass is homogeneous with a high-intensity lesion. The high-intensity lesion is adjacent to the medial femoral condyle. The margin of bone is irregular. The ovals indicate the mass
