  1. Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH; 500 μg) was administered intravenously in the morning (9 AM). The test was conducted 21 days after the discontinuation of oral levothyroxine replacement (100 μg/day). Our patient had low serum levels of free triiodothyronine (1.30 pg/mL) and free thyroxine (0.69 ng/dL)
