These computed tomographic scans reveal a well-defined soft tissue mass along the superomedial aspect of the right orbit (arrows in A and B). The mass is causing pressure remodeling of the right lamina papyracea and ensuing fractional annihilation of the right ethmoidal sinus (arrow in C). The mass is also causing pressure remodeling of the right orbital roof, extending cranially (arrow in D).
