Patient human chorionic gonadotropin levels during course of treatment. Levels fell at a slow rate with methotrexate and treatment was changed to the etoposide, methotrexate and dactinomycin alternating with cyclophosphamide and vincristine regime. The human chorionic gonadotropin levels normalised 3 weeks subsequent to this change.
