(b, c) Axial fat-suppressed fast spin echo T2-weighted images demonstrate some linear high-signal intensity within the attenuated distal biceps brachii tendon consistent with longitudinal partial-thickness tearing (thin yellow arrows in b). At the level of the radial tuberosity, there is a full thickness tear at the tendon insertion (curved red arrows in c) with 1cm to 2cm of tendon retraction.
