Maximum intensity projection image of a 78-year-old woman with Rosai-Dorfman disease accompanied by IgG4 + plasma cell infiltration. Besides the hypermetabolic lesion of the right breast, mild 18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose uptake was illustrated at the hila of the lungs and neck bilaterally.
