Joint effusion and synovitis (closed arrowhead) are evident. The surgical path (*) can be observed in the lateral margin of the proximal femoral metaphysis for the biopsy site. Intra-osseous collection in the meta-diaphyseal region (open arrowhead) and edema of the iliopsoas muscle belly (curved arrow) are also visible.
