T1-weighted magnetic resonance image with (A, B, and C) and without (D) contrast demonstrate the large enhancing Langerhans cell histiocytosis lesion in the suprasellar region. Fluid attenuated inversion recovery (E) and T2-weighted imaging (F) demonstrate mild edema in the surrounding deep thalamic nuclei and brainstem.
