Procedure for placing a percutaneous gastrojejunostomy. Fixture with two puncture needles involving the abdominal and gastric wall, performed under endoscopic guidance. (A) The second needle is fed into the loop of a snare introduced into the gastric lumen through the first needle. (B, C) Four sutures are used around the insertion point.
